The ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership offers you an opportunity to develop your personal leadership skills. And this will produce more effective results for your organisation. The course will give you tools to inspire and support the people you work with. It will build your confidence in influencing others in a positive way. It will enhance your skills in choosing the most effective style of leadership for a given situation. You can complete this qualification through supported distance learning, with one-to-one mentoring throughout.
The ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership explores leadership roles and theories, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, winning and maintaining commitment, and setting and communicating direction.
“This is the first time I have undertaken a qualification like this using webinars and a workbook to learn through each module. I was nervous at first as I wasn’t sure how I would find it but I have so enjoyed being in control of the pace that I learn at. It has made me think in a different way and I have found it far easier to learn like this than through traditional lectures/seminars.”
