Volunteer ManagementIf your job involves managing volunteers, then the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management of Volunteers may be the perfect qualification for you.  Our ILM Level 3 programme is relevant if you manage volunteers either as all or part of your role. It is also appropriate for you if you advise and support colleagues who manage volunteers.

You will emerge from this programme with a toolkit of practical skills and management techniques, as well as a qualification which will help you progress in your career.  Our distance learning course includes a variety of different learning methods:

  • A series of specialist webinars and other online resources
  • Guided learning, supported by informative workbooks
  • Supplementary resources including web links and downloads
  • Three assessed assignments, focused on the practical application of learning
  • Individual coaching and tutorials either via Skype or by telephone, to support you with your learning and the assessed work

Your investment in this accredited management training is £1175 and this covers  all tuition, materials, ILM registration, workshop delivery, coaching, tutorial support and assessment.

Want an in-house version with workshops?

You can also commission this programme on an in-house basis, if you have several members of staff interested. This would normally be via a blended learning model which includes the online materials and small group workshops. Please contact us for details and an individual quote.

Course Dates
