The ILM Level 3 Award in Management of Volunteers is aimed at volunteer managers and co-ordinators who have a hands on role in supporting volunteers. This may be as all or part of your job.
This training programme will help you to increase your skill and confidence in managing volunteers day-to-day. You will learn new approaches and techniques. And you will gain a recognised qualification to help you progress in your career.

Your investment in this accredited management training is £495 and this covers all tuition, materials, ILM registration, coaching, tutorial support and assessment. You will also receive complimentary membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management for the duration of the programme, which gives you access to a wealth of additional resources.
This programme is also available on an in-house basis with a mix of workshops and coaching. There are flexible delivery models available for commissioned courses, so for example we could include an additional workshop if you would like staff to undertake more of their learning as a group.
